FAQ

Why it costs more for my dog to have their haircut than it does for mine...

1. My hairdresser only has one head to work with, the groomer has the whole body plus four legs and a tail.

2. My hairdresser does not have to worry about being bitten.

3. My hairdresser does not have to clear nasties out from my eyes.

4. My hairdresser does not have to pluck and clean my ears.

5. My hairdresser does not have to shave my personal areas.

6. My hairdresser does not have to clean poo from my bum.

7. My hairdresser does not have to clean out my anal glands.

8. My hairdresser does not get kisses and bad breath in her face.

9. My hairdresser does not have to avoid my wagging tail.

10. My hairdresser does not have to keep turning my around because I dont sit still.

Time Keeping

My appointment was at 1 pm and I want to go out;

There are several reasons why the groomer is late, we start with a plan for the day, this is plan A.

Plan B comes into force when there is a traffic holdup or roadworks.

Plan C is when the  dog  is out for a walk when we arrive, or has been left a bit long and needs more time for de matting.  Even though mum said he was not in bad condition.

Plan D is when we have to grab a drink or food on the way.

Ideally we would ring you, however I have been known to forget about time while grooming.

Please leave us enough time to allow for any of the above or even all of the above when making your booking.
